Brilliant ice support. I have 1 knee bone on bone, the other a bad miniscus tear and a bakers cyst . I need ice therapy and these are brilliant. I freeze mine for 2 hours do they are super cold , they really freeze the knees and help . I would recommend these, they fit large swollen knees too

This item was described. Because it is quite slim, it fits nicely in the freezer on top of other items. It is of good quality. It has certainly helped with the pain in my knee, so much so that I haven't needed to take as many painkillers. It is well worth what I paid for it

The ice packs are very good .. great price for the amount ... it can be cold from freezer or warm from microwave.

On the hole !! pretty good for the legs or shoulders !! ... took a bit of time to work the straps ?? as there's no real instructions as such & how not to break them ( easily done me tinks ) after time used ? ... if straps used or tied up wrongly !! ..But @ the end of the day a family sized bag of ftozen peas with a wet towel placed on the area first does exactly or better job..... plus !!! cheaper by far ...
