Excellent customer service
Bought the replacement pump as my old one had started to fail, replacement is starting to make noises just like my previous one did before it failed and it's only been fitted for a week!**update** customer service got in touch, requested a video of the issue, agreed the pump was defective and sent a replacement which was delivered within 2 days. Petkit Water Fountain – Not Recommended!My fountain stopped working, and Petkit offered no repair solution—just said the warranty expires after a year. So, it’s only built to last a year? If so, they should state this upfront.I wasn’t asking for a refund—just a temporary replacement. Instead, they left me with no options.⭐ 1/5 – Disappointed. Won’t buy again.

Cat fountain water pump
I brought this as a replacement for a pump that had failed. The Product wasn’t quite the same size as original but after some fiddling with it to get the spout to come through the water filter at the right angle/point it works as described and water fountain is working properly

Simple direct swap for original pump
Original pump became noisy and no amount of cleaning would stop the racket. Ordered this and was a simple swap. Nice an quiet now.
