Q: How do you assemble to a platform and lazy susan tray

Go online to Utube and you'll see a number of videos explaining how to assemble. It is quite simple. Just pick the correct diameter for the metal revolving ring. Up to a 16" diameter LS use a 9" Over 16"-20" or so inches use a 12" metal turntable.

Q: Are there installation instructions anywhere?

No, but it is fairly straightforward as to how it mounts to both the top and bottom. Just make sure the bottom is either a ring or has access hole to mount the top.

Q: How do you think it would do in heat? Thinking bout putting steel plate on it for oven

I'm not really sure, but it is not something I would try.
