I LOVE this product! I've only used it twice so I can't speak yet on longevity, but as far as function goes it's amazing. I'm 5'2" and 140 lbs. and ordered a small. I have large thighs, so I was worried that the small might not fit, but once I got them and put them on I was then worried that they were too large. Once I turned on the control unit and started a session, the sleeves pressurized and fit perfectly.I'm on my feet all day at work so I gave these a try today to see if they would help with the exhaustion/achiness that causes. I feel good as new now! It works better than anything else I've tried - foam rolling, stretching, foot ice baths, etc. I wish I knew about these compression sleeves sooner! I'll update in a while on how they hold up and how much they help with muscle soreness from exercise.Also heads up - there's a size chart in one of the product images, but it's further along in the series. It took me forever to find because I was looking in the wrong place for it. Sizing goes by height and thigh circumference.

I have lymphedema in my legs, the right one being made considerably worse by recent knee replacement surgery. I have such swelling in my thighs and have tried as number of things to reduce the swelling. I thought I would try this one after researching several options.The compression is amazing. I am 4'10" and 145 pounds. I got the small and although they are a bit long, the foot still compresses perfectly. I am using the lowest compression level and it is very strong, but not uncomfortable. It feels really good. I will have to update this review after a while to see if it helps with swelling.It was easy to set up, pretty self explanatory, only a couple things to connect. The motor is pretty quiet and very small. The bag that comes with it is perfect for storing when you're not using it. So far, I'm very impressed and very happy with this purchase.
