I'm happy with this purchase.
I opened the box, connected the charger, and it started up very quickly. Going from a Windows 10 to a Windows 11 was very little learning curve. I like to save downloaded to local machine, so I had to figure out how to save "not in the cloud". Battery life is satisfactory, with plenty of warnings. Excellent for the price.

Refurbished To What Extent?
I knew it was a Refurbished Product but I didn't know to what extent. This laptop is advertised to be carbon fiber but they covered all of the cool designs with a sticker on the back and around the keyboard and track pad. Don't love the look and am worried about what scratches they were trying to cover up but I guess that's all part of buying second hand.Only had it a few days but it seems to be operating as expected! Good buy for the money

Buyer beware
Laptop has not worked properly since I purchased it. Now it finally won’t turn on at all, even when plugged in. I have lost a lot of work because of this. The seller is at least refunding me, but it doesn’t make up for the lost data. I’m so upset and would caution purchasing from this seller. I will not ever be buying refurbished again.

The first unit that I received did not work. After calling, I was sent a replacement unit which is now working fine

Laptop wasn't properly reset
Laptop was working fine except when it arrived, it wasn't reset. It was asking me to log in which I didn't have. So, I had to manually reset it myself. Also, I noticed that the laptop would only run when plugged in. Probably needed a battery replacement. Was disappointed overall and needed something functional immediately. So I had to return it.
