Polaris 500 timing Chain Kit
Timing Chain seems good for application but I Question tensioner.Longer than the one i took out and really had to work at getting spring cover on.Spring about 3/8" longer and tensioner plunger longer also.Installed old spring in new body, seemed to work better, I was worried to much pressure on chain follower

The timing chain tensioner was different rent than the factory Polaris 500 one, causing it to be much tighter. due to the extra strain within the first hour of running the engine, it snapped the chain and blew the tensioner out of the block
