I get these for my 18yr who deals with anxiety and stress (as he says). I did not want to get anything really powerful, but wanted to try something OTC. I will admit, when he takes these, his temperament is very different He appears calmer and processes his feelings a bit better. You must stay consistent with the regime though. I always think to myself…2 pills a day makes for a good day. There are occasions when I can tell he missed a day or 2…. He snaps on anyone quickly and seems to stay to himself…. Versus when he takes them he is outgoing and eager to interact. A few of his friends noticed the difference since he’s been taking these…but they have no idea about vitamins…they just said they have noticed he is nicer. I did not give it 5 starts because they do not have the best taste.

This really works. Comes with little side effects would recommend following the instructions as is and you should be good. Definitely allows you to get some sleep.

Omg! This product has helped me tremendously! I was very apprehensive at first, but once I tried it, it worked almost right away. I take it at night time and I feel great the next day! Very calming and helps me have mental clarity.

I rarely ever take the time to write reviews but this one - it deserves 10 stars. Being in a quite stressful work environment (Prison Guard) on top of all the wonderful things life likes to throw (at us all), I have developed pretty crappy anxiety and stress over the last couple years. My sleep was out of whack, overthought and stressed over stupid shit and my gym sessions and triathlon training plummeted…. Started taking these and within about 2 weeks night and day! I sleep like a hibernating bear, my workouts are Arnold strong and find I just don’t fret over things I used to. I’m able to breath and assess things so much calmer now. I’m also taking ashwaghanda (cannot spell) but overall I cannot recommend this enough. Do it!!!! :)

I had anxiety and panic attacks for weeks and I was looking for the safest way to manage. The doctor prescribed valium I took it once and it made me feel worse. I decided to do some search as I prefer to go with supplements, with ayurvedic contents of this product are the best natural ingredients and it helped alot, I tried missing out a whole day without it, not a good idea, I will buy again to help better manage anxiety
