This product worked well for about 3 days then the whisk would consistently fall out after turning it on and then eventually stopped working all together.

I was frothing about 1/4 cup of milk on the 2nd day I used this and the stainless frother part just dropped out of the unit. When I re-attached it, the frother would not turn on unless I put the piece only partially in...in which case it just fell out again. When put on all the way, the frother does not work. Also noticed that this frother bogs down when the milk starts to get bubbles, it just doesn't have enough power. I had a compact frother that I bought at BB&B which worked flawlessly for 5 years or more every morning. Sadly I can not find this brand anywhere and will have to buy a larger unit. Returning this.

Purchased this item to start making my own espresso. For the price, this is a great value. Using it daily and no issues. Keep it charged and make all the frothy goodness you can. Really enjoying this item.

The part that attaches to the main unit is plastic and it broke. I like the length of the frothier because it's long enough for my travel cup. It would be nice to able to buy replacement attachments.
