Since I got a new job I started to get really desorganized with my food schedule. I skip breakfast very often and lunch was mainly composed of burgers and a coke or some other junk.As you will suppose my energy was really low and I started to be in a continuous bad mood. I love this vitamin. It's a great blend of B vitamins, it works well and the best part is that it does NOT upset the stomach at all. I can take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and it doesn't bother me AT ALL. Most vitamins tear my stomach up like crazy, even if I eat something before taking them, so I'm really glad I found this one. Easy to swallow capsules and a great price. I'll most definitely be ordering these again and again 😊

Loved the price and the amount of vitamins in these but with the additional biotin I have to stop taking it! I didn't realize it, but it's been breaking my skin out since I started taking it! I reached out to my dermatologist and she says biotin is known to cause CYSTIC ACNE in those with sensitive skin! Will have to look for a new vitamin B that doesn't have biotin in it.

I like this brand and the price was good. This vitamin works for me. I bought this brand before, I am satisfied how they are easy to swallow too.
