I love this so much I've bought two more. I know it means I'm slowly turning into my Nan (which is awesome - she was awesome) but you can't beat them for comfort, with cooling fabric, pockets, and a smart enough look to do small errands in the local environs. Modest, with coverage over the sides of your bra and decollete for those of us who are more 'blessed' (cursed? lol) in that arena so you don't have random gawping passersby when taking out the trash (as one may with more 'diaphanous' housewear). Better quality than you'd expect for the price, and "cotton-esque" feel. Thinner than what I remembered my mom's being like in the Seventies, but not see through. And the prints are classic/dainty. I wash them in a coin-operated laundry room on cold and hang them to dry. So far so good!

I see some complain about the narrow seams. They are sewn this way so the seams do not ravel. It is the same seam as used on your t shirts and any other knit fabric. The fabric is cool and comfortable. These dresses must be HANDWASHED and LINE DRIED or on a hangar to drip dry so that they do not shrink. They run true to size. I have bought 4 different patterns. Are cooler to wear than cotton. I recommend for a comfortable housedress. I like the patch pockets on them. The quality of the fabric is good for the price of the garments.

Was surprised to see the other reviewer with a rip. Thing is, I love this little shift. Especially on sale. It’s thin as can be, shrunk in the dryer, and I love it. Just so ya know. I guess I’m going to sew mine up. I honestly wish the seller would reach out and send me a new one!
