Muir Glen Vine Sweetened Organic Tomato Sauce, 8 oz (Pack of 24)

I can’t say enough about how delicious this tomato sauce is! Sure, you could just buy any old tomato sauce for your recipes (and I always did) but then I made something with Muir Glen and I was blown away. It was chicken with a large amount of tomato sauce and so the taste really came through. It dawned on me that this sauce was so tasty that it would probably be great eaten straight from the can. It’s creamy and flavorful with just the right amount of salt. It has improved the flavor and texture of any recipe that calls for tomato sauce, so get some!

This is a good tomato sauce for a few reasons. It's organic, it tastes natural, since doesn't have any sugar or other unnecessary ingredients, and the can is small enough for my purposes. Whenever I'd buy a 14 oz can, a portion of it would end up unused. This 8 oz size works well for the recipes I cook from. It's going to take me a while to go through the whole tray of cans; luckily they fit in my pantry, so eventually they'll all be gone.

These are perfect for any recipe that calls for some tomato sauce in small quantities. I hate tossing a 3/4 full jar out weeks after opening it because I need a cup of sauce for something like rice and the supermarkets around here charge way too much for these little cans. This solved my problem and tastes better to me than the spiced up tomato sauce from the supermarket. I like the pure tomato taste with none of the spices they add then I add my own spices to make chili, spaghetti, jumbalaya, etc, which is so much better than using the standard prego or whatever from the supermarket for everything.

We are often cooking for 1 or 2 people, so the 8oz cans work great for us... and if we need more, we just open 2! This is a very good tomato sauce that we use for a variety of recipes. Organic is not always in the store, so we just stocked up.

These were a good price deal with Subscribe & Save. Tastes quite good even stright from can although often add some spices. Small can size makes it easy to use without refrigerating leftovers afterwards.

This tastes great. I like the small size as we often had partial cans to save when we used fill sized ones. I also love that it is organic.
