Superfish Home 110 Aquarium, White

The aquarium itself is very good. We are using it to raise two goldfish fry from our fish in the garden pond, together with a few water snails. We've been running it for over a month, and the filter system is very effective, and very quiet. The LED light is variable from VERY bright to subdued, although it can be a little tricky to set just right, as you have to press the button on the top to start it dimming, and tap again to stop at the desired level. The plants we have in the tank seem to be thriving under the light.The main point to make about our order for this is that the first aquarium we received had three broken glass panels, out of six!! Amazon were quick to send a replacement, the next day. However, the attempt to return the broken tank was a headache. The product couldn't be returned by the usual carrier service, Evri/Hermes, so the Amazon advisor said we had to return it by Royal Mail, through the Post Office. However, the Post Office refused to accept it as it contained loose broken glass. Short of cleaning out all of the glass myself, and risking injury, there was no way to send it via Royal Mail. Amazon then offered to collect it, and gave a 'collection slot' between 9 am and 8 pm. I told them that was not a 'collection slot' it was a whole day of having to wait in for the collection of a product that was damaged before delivery.Take home message ... I would strongly suggest that you do not formally accept delivery of the tank until after you have opened the box and checked for damage. If it is broken when you receive it, the delivery service must then take it away. If they complain about having to wait, remind them they have a duty to wait until you are satisfied and accept delivery.I suppose that problem could apply to any aquarium you buy through Amazon, so don't let that put you off this particular item. We like it.

Bought as a gift. Everything g you need to start your tropical tank. Good quality and well packaged

The media could not be loaded.  I like the tank as spoken about in my video it does get green quite quickly despite only 2 small size fish init and moss balls and not overfeeding my fish also the glass top is a bit fiddly having a flat top and 4 plastic clips to keep it in place you need to be careful it seems to get dirty quite quickly I find I need to wipe the top daily the light makes it look worse ,it's a shame the light can't be dimmed too as very bright as it said blue and white LEDs I assumed a choice of colours to have on there's just 4 in the centre that are blue the other 26 are white quite disappointed that is the case you torn the lights on or off by a flat sensor sort of switch on the top or at the mains it's not really noisy I'm happy to say as my other tank is very noisy so you could probably put this in a child's room without disturbing them at night the light might be too bright though? It may appear I don't like the tank I do just pointing out the little issues I find disappointing but all in all pretty good also comes with white light part I preferred black.

The Tank is not as described !!it is advertised as 45 Litre when arrived it is 40 Litre Filter .(Written on the box)When arrived false advertising..The filter is rubbish does not work has never worked from day one !Filters nothing .! Loud noise!Had to replace filter media.The motor is slow the pump stops without warning suddenly..Keeps stopping hardly any flow or filteration which is the fishes lifeline!Bought 15th march 2024 .Had nothing but problems from day one .Heater takes forever to heat up then suddendly stops or overheats.Now broken entirley....Basically dont be fooled into parting with your money for cheap rubbish that does not do what is advertised.I contacted seller the woman that owns the shop does not care told me to buy another one ?!!Never ever had a seller act like that bought thounsands of products on Amazon always professional service ....Not them so dont end up dissapointed .Not worth losing your money & finding out the seller wont help..No advice, no sorry to hear that just plain rude on top of that she knows nothing about The Aquarian set ups/fish health wellbeing despite owning a fish shop and selling products for hundreds of pounds.Only cares about taking your money nothing else do not exspect a refund/exchange or even a professional polite reply.I was polite got nowhere so now warning others.Especially if your buying for your kids they will end up greatly dissapointed .Be better to buy elsewhere.Seller seemed clueless as if she forgot these tanks are actually sold on Amazon...£94 is a lot of money for nothing.

Firstly I'd like to point out it makes a really stunning nano tank, love the design, and the lighting unit, there's a gap behind the filter for your heater to so there's minimal equipment on display, unfortunately the filter sucks, I added 6 guppies and a couple of mystery snails and the waste was just floating around the tank, also to completely replace the filter cartridges regularly you are going to crash your cycle which doesn't make sense to me. Anyway I added an extra external filter and cleared the water up. Plants grow like crazy under the light so that's another positive. I don't use the lid as it annoyed me having to try and get the food In around the edges. Over all its OK if you tweak a few things. Probably not quite worth the money, I have just ordered a tank double the size for half the price!

I bought this tank, for it to be a shrimp tank. I was relieved to see the integrated filter was easy to remove and add your own filter which is suitable for shrimp (after reading negative reviews about this filter and shrimp/shrimp fry). I love the design of the tank. It’s simple enough to assemble and to hide cables. Although it was strange the plug for the light and the filter cartridge was in the outer delivery box, rather than the super fish box. Packaged very well, copious amounts of bubble wrap too. Quick delivery too.
