Good price and good product but if you are trying whey for first time the chocolate creame one taste like a bit cold coffee it's not best taste, and scoop is included but buried under the whey so take a spoon and shovel through you'll find the scoop, scratch on seal need to be through scratched to very successfully.

Absolutely one of the best source of protein of all ages, Since it's still very common in india to see protein as a bodybuilder's supplement but that's no right ! This is like one of the best protein I I did not feel bloated after consuming it and there is no problem in digesting it. Absolutely recommended.

So theoretically the product looks good that's why I ordered. But the thing is when u urinate, it gives a bad odour. I stopped consuming for 7 days then the smell wasn't there. Again started consuming protein, then again very bad smell from urine
