Great for Keto diets that need more healthy fat, and for appetite to hold over during intermittent fasting. Dissolves easily in drinks and doesn't have an aftertaste. Really great product.

The most disgusting taste ever!
I hope you guys work on the taste. It tastes like mct powder mixed with maida or rice flour. Doesn’t clump but floats on top as a thick layer. I start my day with MCT coffee for Intermittent fasting and spending on this was the worst decision ever. It gave me stomach issue and gurgitation.Read the positive reviews but got deceived greatly. I normally buy NEULIFE ketofuel mct powder but since they didn’t have 250 gms, I got this.I’m gonna stick with my original brand although even they have some soy flour traces in it. But that’s the best you can find in India.Hope this helps and leads you to make a better and wise decision.
