My biggest complaint about this product is the price. I started using it when I lived in England, as it's an English product and my husband at the time loved them in all their scents. When we realized we were moving back to the states, we ordered a bunch of bottles to bring back to America with us, but only my son's tea tree and mint scent came, and I have no wish of frozen minty private bits in the winter, no thanks, I'll stick to my coconut. Supposedly our stuff will be shipped here from England, we just don't know when. But honestly, best body wash and I'm not looking forward to finding a comparable one that doesn't break the bank
