True Review.
Hey Everyone. Do read this as it is not sponsored or biased.Day - 1: I do Shoulders and Chest on Mondays and not the light kind. I like to push my limits every time I hit a body part, with proper form obviously. So, I had done a lot of research on the internet about a pre-workout supplement and I stumbled upon this and did some study again on the authenticity of the product and constituents. All the products in this are benign and would help in your workouts.Let's come to the practical part of the review. I took 1 scoop 15 mins prior to my workout. For the initial parts I did not feel any difference but after an hour or so I found that my energy levels were still quite high and there was NO lethargic feeling after any set. My concentration levels were high and did not deviate for most parts of my workout. My last exercise is shoulder shrugs which I previously always used to get past "jaise-taise" but with this I started my 1st set at 40 kgs and added 10 kgs for every set till failure which was quite surprising considering that today was the first day.Caffeine being diuretic forced me to pee about 5 times in the morning i.e. till 11 AM. After that it was normal. I did not feel that dehydrating affect that you would feel on sultry day.DAY - 2: Tuesdays are ARMS. So again took the supplement 15 mins prior to the workout. I have to say that today was the BEST ARMS day I've done in a while. My intensity was right up there. My focus was sky high and I hit my new best in Preacher Curls. After the workout was done, I still had enough left in my stores to do another set. I have to say that I was expecting results and changes but on a day 2, feels like I'm on something. The pump was good too, but the real difference the amount of explosive strength you gain. Still, caffeine, being diuretic, forces me to use the urinal 5 times in the morning. I'm hoping that my body adapts to this spike.Day - 3: Today was back workout and legs. Needless to say, a lot of grunts and discipline to required complete the workout and hit every muscle in the said group. I must say that I might be hooked on the product now as the number of set and reps this allows me to push is just amazing. I wouldn't take away anything from the diet and previous overloading that I have done but this product just gives me a bit more push than takes my workout from good to great. Since, my leg workout is high intensity and high volume, I usually end up tired by calf raises but again I have enough left in my tank to put in 2-3 more sets. Good thing is : The diuretic effect of caffeine has been managed by my body and today I did not go to the loo for 5 times but more of a normal 2 times. I know, you must be thinking how gross it is to count the number of times when goes to pee but whenever you are starting a new supplement, it is important that you monitor how your body is reacting to it and obviously none of you out there will want to waste money and time and bogus stuff.Day - 4: Chest and Shoulders today. Nothing new to add. Had a great workout followed by ON Isolate and 6 grams of Creatine with a bowl of oats. So, good life.I would not recommend beginners to start off with this because initial phases in the gym are about proper form for 1-3 sets rather than heavy lifting of 3-5 sets. Also, I do not feel the need to take BCAAs during workout anymore. I know that they are intra-workouts and so on but after using this you'll last more in every set. Although I take ON Gold Standard Isolate twice everyday, so I still get my BCAA target.I would keep posting more reviews till day - 5 and would tell you more if I had any side-effects.And about that jittery feeling...I did not feel anything as such which I saw in most of the reviews but I think the caffeine spike affects different people differently. The taste is like Real Juice Guava...a bit tangy too...you might even like it...I know I did...Ciao

Be cautious about Pre workouts. Read this if you are taking Pre workout for the first time.
This is the first time I'm taking any Pre workout. After a lot of research about it I decided to go with this product. And I'm planning to take it weekly once (on leg day)Day1: chest day(recieved the product today so wanted to try it). Took 3/4 scoop 20mins before the workout(5:15pm). Started having tingling feeling near my nose and mouth, my fingers were shaking very little. Started working out, the strength it gave was very nice. After 20mins or so, it started tingling like crazy and I started having stomach pain. I still was pumping iron, and then after a few sets(15mins) the tingling was back to its initial place,I still had stomach pain. Worked out for 1.5hrs, I felt sleepy but I didn't go to bed until it was 12:30 AM. I still had that sleepy feeling when I went to bed, I thought caffeine didn't effect my sleep.. but I was wrong. Although I wanted to sleep and felt sleepy I couldn't sleep. I finally slept at 3AM after reading a book with moderate difficulty. So verdict 1: I don't think we need Pre workouts, I understand it's benefits but I don't want to take them at the cost of my sleep(because that is very important) and bad stomach. I'm going to stick to my plan of taking only once per week. And I'm going to decrease the serving size to 1/2 because I over estimated my tolerance level. (I'll try to take the serving such that it gives only 100-120mg of caffeine). Also make sure you drink enough water, eat well before.Update 2:After a few weeks of using this MB pre-workout(Only 2 times in a week at max).. except the first day I never felt any tingly behaviour, keeps me active though but not like the first time using it..Some might say that my tolerance level has increased, while I do think it has increased but I didn't expect it so soon because I'm taking this pre-workout only on my leg days(once a week), not sure about why this is happening.. right now I'm not sure whether or not I'd recommend this..

Ineffective
Guys , I dint see any 2023 reviews post March so posting on my experienceI've been using this product over the last 3 to 4 Years but somehow things have changed now . I was told by the Healthkart store staff that the ingrediants have somehow changed post 2023 & there is much lesser pump & almost no focus post consuming this . On certain days I consumed 3 scoops and I just end up feeling the same - pump less , sleepy , unable to lift heavy , lesser reps & unable to complete the required workouts as I just wanna finish up quickly cos I get tired and fatigued .So I strongly suggest skip this preworkout as the HK store staff guy himself told me that there are many complaints about the ineffectiveness which is why they are planning to stop sourcing this . Yes it is cheap but having this is completely ineffective now even if ur a beginner .

It seems pretty good.
It tastes amazing. Provides a good kick on the days I feel lethargic and unable to give my 120% at the gym!Details:- I did not feel itchy at all. But Boy oh Boy it made a difference. Working on body restructuring, and routine involves usual cardio followed by a weight training for a muscle group. This, made the world go slow for me. Increased speed in the cardio section, more calories tracked on my watch. And coming to the weight training part, I felt the urge to train another upper body muscle group after doing LEGS! I could fee my legs on fire, but no sign of tiredness as usual! Sick AF if you ask me.I am just another guy trying to get in shape, not a sponsored athlete or anything.
