I like this charger, love the long cable it has, and it charges my ipad quickly. But i have had to order a new one every year because its not durable at all. i take good care of mine and am careful with it, but this is the seventh one Ive bought.

The first order had a defective power block, worked for the first day but after that I had to unplug and re-plug multiple times before it would start charging. I submitted an email to the manufacturer explaining the issue and the response was “that was fulfilled by Amazon so contact them for help”. Not impressed by that level of care of customer service. Thankfully Amazon offered a replacement which arrived within a day and does work without any issues. I am a fan of the braided cords as they are so much more durable and never fray, the length here is nice too. Just wish that Boxgear would have stood by their product when the first power block was defective because I’m not likely to buy their products in the future.

like the length of the charge cable which is why I chose this product. The adaptor protrudes way too much from the outlet. Next time I would choose a cable with USB on one end if such a product is made for iPad Pro

I wasn’t too concerned about using this charger with my iPad (12.9-inch iPad Pro 3rd gen. 64GB) but I was worried that this 18W charger would fry my bluetooth keyboard case (Lenrich). The Lenrich case came with no charger and instructions to use the same USB-C charger that came with the iPad. It specifically warned not to exceed 5W, so I was nervous.The company states repeatedly on its sales page that the charger has over-charge protection to avoid frying devices that won’t accept 18W, and I can report this is true. The charger detects the maximum wattage a device will handle and doesn’t provide more power than is acceptable. I’ve used the charger repeatedly for both my iPad and the bluetooth keyboard case with no over-heating or problems.This charger is well-made and looks quite durable. 5 stars for a quality product.

This is a product you’ll wish you had bought sooner! Everyone who sees it asks me where I bought it. I love having a 6-foot cord after years of living with that measly cord Apple sent along with their IPad Pro. And best of all, it charges my IPad so quickly, I’m still surprised to find my IPad fully charged so soon after plugging it in. Buy this charger, not only will you look stylish and hip, you’ll also be productive either working or just goofing off on the internet all day.

It says it is compatible but the voltage is different than the iPad Pro uses. I got my new iPad and it wouldn’t charge and I could check it because it has a USB C cable. The whole thing with AT&T was going to take to long and be too much drama so I ordered this charger. It started charging as soon as I plugged it on but kept beeping because it would lose the charge. I googled the subject before going through the ordeal of replacing the iPad and found an article about voltage. I hooked the apple charger to the new cord and it is charging like a dream. The cord is long (the one you get in the box is the shortest cord I have ever seen) so I like that and it is a heavy braided cord so it will be durable. For the price I will be keeping it just for the cord but gave it 2 stars for the misrepresentation that it is fully compatible with the iPad Pro.
