Good quality! Perfect for my Boat
I installed this to replace my old hatch on my sailboat. It’s a very well built product and looks sturdy. It fits perfect and easy to install even to a new boater like me. There is no issues with sealing against the big waves and heavy rain. The handles and hinges seal nice and tight if you handle them with care. It definitely makes my boat look much better and more functional! It worth the money, I am happy with it! I will be ordering the bigger size as well.

Perfect for Skoolies!
I used these to replace the emergency hatches in my school bus conversion and absolutely love them! They let in a lot of natural light and are easier to operate than the plastic emergency hatches.I did have to cut my openings a little bigger, but not a big deal. They are easy to install. If I can do it, anyone can.Definitely worth every penny I spent! The only con is, these do require some "maintenance". The screws that hold the handles onto the window will come loose over regular use. As a result, rainwater will leak from them until you tighten them. You also want to tighten them after regular use just to make sure they seal nice and tight when you close your hatch. It's a design issue, but it doesn't bother me enough to knock a star off. It's just worth noting.I definitely recommend these for anyone out there looking to replace those ugly, clunky plastic emergency hatches in their bus conversion. You will love them!

Good quality, Worth the money
This is a perfect fit to replace my old hatch. It looks solid, with very good quality. Easy to install. The rubber seal under the metal frame makes it leak-proof. The price is half of some other expensive hatches with the same material, but the quality is way better than what I expected. Very happy with this hatch, worth the money.

EDIT: Hatches leak!
Ordered 2 26'' hatches for a bus conversion. The handles on them leaked in the first rain and I was pretty upset. The customer service was incredibly responsive and sent me 6 new latches pretty quickly. Easy install and no more leaks. Overall I'm really happy with them!Edit: The hatches are now leaking again at the latches, they have been installed for about 3 month and the grommets that hold the supports are dry rotting. At this point, I am regretting this purchase. I spent over $1000 for two of them and I will have to replace them. Buy brand name.

Awesome for vanlife
I got the one with the 14"x14" cutout. Just in case I wanted to switch it out for a maxxair fan, the hole would be the same size. Turns out I think I like this way better than a maxxair fan and I wish I would have gotten a larger one. Probably a 20"x20" cutout would have been ideal for my build. I will probably purchase this larger one when I do my first major rebuild a year or 2 from now. For now, this smaller one is fine.I intend on wiring up a cheap 12v radiator fan for ventilation. I may take the motor off the frame and try to find a different blade style. But the point is that if it ever breaks, it's cheap and easy to replace, if you have basic tinkering skills. There is a Fan-tastic box fan, or any number of endless options for fan configurations, if you're creative enough. This type of setup is a little more expensive initially, but should prove cheaper in the long run. I will also make some sort of removable screen to keep the critters out. This setup gives me most versatility as I will have an escape hatch, a skylight, and a fan. I feel like folks who have just a fan are missing out, even if theirs "looks nicer", I'm getting more functionality. Really glad I chose this direction. My guess for there not being a completely square hatch is that the 90 deg corners would have stress issues (thus chipping and cracking) in that area, from opening and closing. Plus, it's easier to clean the corners of a radius than it is a 90 deg corner. So, this shape is actually more functional from an engineering perspective. Again, just a guess.

Great initial impression!
My initial impression is great. These seem to be as well beuilt and as sturdy as hatches twice the price. I have just fitted 2 of them onto our sailboat and the measuerments were spot on. Hoping for a long life out of them. I will definitely be ordering the retangular port lights as well now.
