Fits just right
I got this to do a 5k in. It snags easy, but that's to be expected with tulle. Other than that, it was not to tight around the waistband and I got lots of compliments. I'm 5'8" and 165lbs. I like that it had 3 different light settings. Overall I would buy again.

Fluffy tutu, only top 2 layers rainbow
Very fluffy tutu with a comfortable waistband. I docked one star because it's not all rainbow. The bottom 3 layers are white. I can see it now that I'm looking for it in the product images, but I couldn't tell that much of it was white before I bought it. If you're curvier/ have a bubble butt, the white is very visible. The bottom layers are somewhat shorter, so you're also not getting the full tutu effect from it in an effort to hide the white.The waistband sits comfortably around my hips, ~41". It doesn't feel too tight there. It doesn't give me a muffin top, but I'm a muscle-y 190, not a curvy 190, so ymmv. It is the length advertised, but because it is sewn on so that it puffs out, it seems shorter. It's 10" out, not down. For me, if I tried wearing it on my waist, it would not cover down to my hips. On my hips, it covers maybe half my butt. I plan on wearing it with running shorts, so I wasn't particularly looking for length, but don't plan on coverage with this one.Very fluffy, short tutu. Overall happy with it, just a little disappointed most of its white, not rainbow.

Exactly as described
Used for a Alzheimer’s walk; nice elastic that stretched well (I’m a size 16/18). Material is nice and lights weren’t “too much.” Very happy.

I met my best friend at a party when we were both 18. We were both wearing tutus. We were best friends for 10 years.When she discovered her overian and cervical cancers were terminal she asked me to wear a tutu to her funeral.The night she passed I came home and ordered this one.
