Love the design and layout
I love having everything on one page, makes it easy to plan and sort out my workouts.One thing I'd love to see or have space for us for me to log my steps and PBs. The notes section and cardio is great for this, just having a separate section for that would be good.Overall happy with the book and the amount of space given.

Excellent jotter, very well thought out, and has everything I needed
Decent quality workout jotter for the price. Has plenty of pages to track my different body parts training on a given day. Primarily I am going to write myself a workout program out and then use the relevant columns to add the reps, sets, weight etc, and go off of this for 6-8 weeks, and for this purpose it does this very well for me.I will post a picture that shows the main pages which form the main part of the book, as I feel these will show better what this note book provides.

Great book to keep record of your physio or keep fit regime.
I am recovering from a Spine Operation and currently on a protracted Physio courseI bought this to monitor my progression as I went alongThis book is perfect for keeping records. I bought 2 of them to keep all my records in. To see yourself progressing is very motivating. Strongly recommend this book, its does the job brilliantly.

Not the best
For the price it'd okay.I wish it had a section next to each exercise where I could put notes on how to improve how I felt etc so it's more detailed for me.
