Didn't come with the lead why wud it not have a lead so can't plug it in have to go to mobile phone shop to get one very strange worth spending more and actually get one u can plug in

I bought this to compliment my S10+ and as I have had 2 older versions I thought it was time to upgrade my 2016 one.First thing to note is how small it is at 8cm wide and just 11.9mm thick, demolishing not only the 2016 version but also the 2018 one which although convertible it also had a big fan on the back.The other improvement I love is the minimised LED which is very small, situated right on the front, subtle but functional. The older version used to light up the room so I can happily recommend for this to be used on a bedside table.It is a "fast charge" charger and fully charged my phone in 2h 45mins which is a lot faster than the 2016 varient and matches the 2018 one for speed.Good:- Great simplistic design- Good charging times- Bargin price for an official Samsung product (£16.21 paid)- Non intrusive LED- Fast charging without a bulky fan on the backBad:- No psu included in the box- Not as quick as a wired charger- Is not convertible to act as a standShould you buy this? YES!Bottom line:If you are looking for a great reliable wireless charger for a great price then look no further. This is perfect for bedside tables and office desks.

Apart from the £90 dual wireless charger, this is the best one out there. It's small, compact, and very light which makes for perfect travelling. The charging speed is fast, I have the Note 9 and S10+ and they charge pretty quick. Best of all, it costs under £20. When you consider you are getting the official charger that has the quality and safety you'd expect from an official accessory, this is the one to go for. I have two other wireless chargers, one being the Samsung standing charger which cost over twice the amount and does nothing different but stand at a slight angle.Please note: This does NOT charge the watch. Tried it myself and was sadly let down 😔.

Bought this to fast charge my Galaxy s9 wirelessly. This it does for the price of a normal wireless charger. Please nite, you need to use the fast charger that came with your Samsung phone or it will only charge st standard rate. Also it us still quicker to charge via the fast charge wired connection but that is more faff!

when the item arrived it was much smaller than I was expecting but on the first time of plugging it in with my thick phone case on it worked straight from the box. powered it up laid phone on the charger found the phone straight away note 9 and fast charge was off first try. no moving phone or repositioning great little product from Samsung

Considering these are the official charging pad from Samsung they are pretty good value. I have one on my bedside table and one in the living room. I used to think wireless charging was a total gimmick and although it's not as fast as wired charging the convenience of not faffing around plugging in cables is quite nice, also handy if friends are over and they have a different connector on their phone like Apple.This is not designed for quick top-ups during the day but rather when you are finished with your device so ideal placement is in areas like a bedside table, place it at bedtime and when you wake up you are good to go, although it is fast wireless charge it takes twice as long as fast charge through a cable, if you need a quick boost you are better off removing the cable and plugging in for 30 mins, only mentioning as some low star reviews didn't seem to understand what the terminology means. You also need to make sure you use a suitable charging brick that supports faster charging otherwise it will go into slow wireless charging.It is worth noting if you want to have multiple pads in your house the box only contains the pad, you have to buy the lead and plug separately, not a problem if you only want to only use one pad as you can use your supplied Samsung fast charger and USB-C cable. You can purchase Samsung fast charge bricks relatively cheaply on Amazon as well. (Quite a few charging pads don't include adaptors)

I believe this item is fake, on the front of the box Samsung was wonky and grey colour not silver, also picture was faded, didn't come with instructions like it says it should on the back, the serial number is exactly the same as you can find on Google images which it shouldn't be as every single product should have an unique serial number its like they have just printed out lots of them and stuck them on all of the items. It isn't compatible with my brand new S20 plus charging cable. It has a blue charging light instead of red. Looked at lots of YouTube videos they all had red lights no blue. On the back of the charger under the serial number is a QR code that doesn't work. when it's plugged in it makes a weird clicking noise that sounds like morse code. Just taken it to the post office to be returned.
