If only they made a mop so easy...sigh.
I love this duster. I had a red handle one of a different brand and loved it too until someone tripped over it while I dusted and I found out the aluminum handle was very flimsy. This appears sturdy and easy on and off dusting pads make it quick. With my other duster however, it was effortless to get it to "climb the baseboards" of the wall. This duster howver takes a little push to get it to go on the baseboards. I'm guessing over time, it will not be as stiff and become more flexible. I purchased 6 more duster head replacements so I could use one each day of the week and wash them all together at the end of the week. That being said, this thing can grab up hair and dirt/dust like no other for sure. We have high volume traffic daily with children of all ages, as well as a dog that is non stop shedding. I have this ready each morning to start and I can cover around 2000 Sq ft in no time flat. It beats using a broom and cuts my time down tremendously. I found that if it is just dust and hair, I can lift this duster it to carry to another room without it all falling off. Harder particles will fall off though. Once I need to remove this duster head, I take it outside to run my hand over to release all the hairs and particles and dust then I pull it off, put on a new one and I'm ready for the next day. As for washing, it really is that simple. I put these in a load by themselves with a tad bit of soap. Once done in the wash, they will be smooshed up so just give them a quick flick to release the fibers. I hang them on a small rod with S shape hooks in my laundry room to dry. By the next day, actually by evening, I can begin using them. Now the pictures I have attached are my pile of dirty ones and one clean one that I have washed numerous times. You can see just how much they can pick up (and this is after I shook them outside) as well as see just how clean and fluffy they are after multiple uses. My lighting is bad so I posted same photos in different light. There are 5 dirty and one clean. Then one straight from cleaning up the entire house, including sun room and two entry halls. (I know...it's so disgusting. I promise I mop but not everyday! )The only thing I see that could be annoying is our long human hair can get in the fibers and won't release as easily. Like any long hairs, you have to grab and give em a tug. Minor inconvenience. Now if only I can find a lightweight quick use mop I'd have it made.Update: The swivel part at the base of the handle is plastic. I got a bit too rough and it snapped and no longer goes in the direction I want. Be gentle and you will love it otherwise you will need to replace it since mine is of no use now. I intend on replacing it but the cost is a bit steep.Update: 6 months use, daily. So I am realizing that daily use, one per day, washing once weekly in high traffic areas, these heads need replaced. They still do the job but they are beginning to look rough. lol. They are no longer bright white nor are they fluffy and grab hairs like before. Don't get me wrong, I can still buzz through the house at lightning speed getting up that dog hair before guests come but I think I use them wayyyy too much and it is starting to show. I especially like to do a quick shine with Pledge on a clean one across the floor and that may be why they are breaking down. Do not DRY them. Follow instructions or you'll have to pitch it. They dry hanging in less than 24 hours.

Excellent
I bought the e-mop at a County fair years and years ago. I didn't really need to replace this mop head, but I decided to treat myself to a second one so I can continue to use it when the original is in the laundry. This mop is 100 times more efficient and of course more ecologically and economically friendly than a Swiffer!!! It picks up more than a swiffer cloth, and I can use the mop head four or five times before I need to wash it. Highly, highly recommend!!!!

Update! Good news! (Broke. Waiting to hear from E-Cloth Company)
See update below! Upgraded my initial review .After 20 or so uses, the plastic piece of the mop broke. The plastic horizontal piece is very thin. I couldn’t return it to Amazon anymore, so I took their advice and contacted the company directly. E-cloth Co has a website and it stated it had a three year warranty on products. I’m waiting to hear from customer service. Hopefully I’ll get a replace as I loved using this mop and all the e-cloth products.GREAT NEWS! UPDATE:In less than 24 hours, a Customer Service Rep reviewed my complaint, my attached photos and receipt. It was determined that a replacement was in order. She immediately placed an order for a replacement mop. Wow! What great customer service! I am a faithful E-Cloth customer and they made sure they didn’t lose me. I love this company and their products even more! I revised my rating to give 5 stars. They stand behind their great products. Thank you thank you thank you E-Cloth Company!! You’re the best! 👏👏

Ecloth fail
I'm a big ecloth fan and user. I wanted to love this. like I love all of the other ecloth products I've purchased. Thought this was going to be the answer to my quest to find something to do a good job dusting my 5" baseboards. Didn't happen. As soon as I started using it, the fibers matted together and pretty much stopped picking up anything. The part of the base that bends is a good idea, but it doesn't bend enough to be at a straight angle to the wall. I had to push against it with my foot to make it hit the baseboard, and then hop along on the other foot. It worked better doing corners around the ceiling. And then there's the pole that kept collapsing. Nothing I did would make it stay at the height I had adjusted it to. The tightening ring didn't tighten enough to hold the pole in place. It left alot of dirt and dust on the floor when I tried it there. It was already matted down and so didn't pick up much. In short. This product is a fail. It's going back.

Maybe not worth the money.
I have to keep pressing down on the mop to keep the whole thing on the floor and the flex edge doesn't work that great. I used it on a ledge by our stairs and I could still see dust there, and this was a flat surface not a baseboard, but I wasn't able to reach to put pressure on the mop.
