Solid bulk vacuum bags for sous vide.
Vacuum bags worked well for sous vide! Sealed without issue on my Weston Pro-2300. At least than 13 cents a bag I can breakdown commercial-sized portions efficiently, process game meat, and individually cook proteins to order without worrying about drying out or wasting food. I’ll report back after a season in the freezer so I can see if the thin material will hold up in storage.
