The mat is great in concept, but not in application. The water migrates from the washing side to the drying side creating a wet mat. I needed to use a towel to dry the bottoms of the shoes. I threw it out after 3 days.

Seemed like a good idea to have a wash/dry mat set up but ultimately don’t work as well as intended. The water mat is a sponge that can over-saturate and leak everywhere. The dry part works ok but both halves are too small to work well for adults. I’ll be buying a cheaper plain old door mat to replace.
