This product gave me wicked veins when I had an arm pump and it lasted longer than I expected to. Make sure to stay hydrated with water. I have been loving the effects of the Edge of Insanity pre, it's unlike any other PWO supplement I've taken before. I saw this pump formula and figured it would be a great addition to the stimulants. Very satisfied with the results, this will definitely become a part of my prep routine for lifting. I did have to take 1 star because as you'll see in the picture, the powder had started to stick together which usually indicates it's an older batch my experience. Didn't really affect flavor or solubility, but for this price I'd expect to get a tub of nice fine powder.

In researching the ingredients i found that most of them can improve blood pressure as well as maintain eye and liver health. The flavor is great, it tastes like artificial grape so if that’s your thing you’ll like this. Gives me a great pump and veiny arms. Keeps me going all day and helps me be more active.
