No Hiccups
Worked great right out of the box. Windows is a nice clean install with no bloat. Not a single problem or hiccup. Great machine and a lot of computer for the money.I cant attest to the gaming abilities but I am sure the machine can handle anything a intel 4600 graphic chip can take.I am using this as a media center for my 1080 55" TV and it works great. No screen teears or anything else. I have it hard wired to my router and stream from my NAS box. No thruput issues or hesitation.I would definatly recommend this computer for for anything but hard gaming.I might just buy another one to use as a test machine for other OS's or suspicious programs.

Wouldn’t waste your money on this
Well literally after receiving and instantly unboxing everything, for a used, refurbished system it wasn’t too bad and honestly expected a few scratches and dings and so on. After hooking everything up and turning on the computer everything went smoothly and to plan as expected and then the issues started:Not even 10 min after it running, started getting constant “Stop errors” for everything imaginable, system files corrupt, hardware issues and so on. I decided to wipe the SSD and do a fresh install of windows 10 and it wouldn’t let me install any verson except for 1703 and instantly after or even during the install of the dell optiplex drivers, the constant blue screens and stop errors started again and the system would restart. The two SATA cables, 1 for the SSD and the other for the CD Drive were completely tor up so I replaced those with two new ones I had already. The inside of the case was full of dust once I opened it around the case fan in the front corner and once I pulled out the cd/SSD more clumbs of rust balls, so after cleaning out the case and reattaching everything and with the two new cables and leaving 1 of the two sticks of ram out, I was able to get the latest windows 10 version to install with the latest drivers and it’s been now 3 hours and the minute I open a browser, the system restarted with yet another stop error. This thing is just gonna go in the recycler tomorrow. If your gonna say it’s refurbished then maybe actually refurbish the computer and replace simple things that don’t even coast much like the SATA CABLES and dev make sure the product is cleaned on the inside.I’d almost bet all that was done to this system was power it on made sure it booted into windows and then shut it back down and claimed it was refurbished, to make the most profit off these machines.

Excellent value but some hardware know how was required
I feel I got an excellent value for my money. The PC works great and I have no complaints with it. I'd buy another one of these in a minute. I only gave the transaction 4 stars because of two issues. The first could be considered a big one. The coin battery on the motherboard was dead on arrival and therefore it wouldn't retain any BIOS settings, specifically the UEFI hard disk mode. This meant on each power disconnect the PC reported "No Boot Device" and it wouldn't start (like when I took it out of the box). I rebooted a bunch of times to no avail so I blindly poked around in the BIOS until I found the setting, once I enabled it she loaded Windows. However, until I bought a new coin battery the same problem would reoccur each time the PC was unplugged. Replacing the battery was no small feat either, the hard drive and optical drive had to be removed, as well as the power supply (!), all just to gain access to the battery. Not sure how a standard user would navigate this with whatever tech support is provided. Return it? Sure, but who wants to go through that hassle and the added wait?? A $3 battery could have caused a major headache and is something that should have been replaced when the PC was refurbed anyway.Secondly, it was advertised with "WiFi" however was I got was an ancient 2.4G USB dongle in the bottom of the box that wouldn't even connect to my ASUS router anyway. I didn't buy it for WiFi so I didn't care but someone else might. Sorry for not give TekRefurbs the change to make any of this right on their own but the thought of calling some customer support department and going through that ballet dance, all the while wasting precious time while my home automation project was held up, left a bad taste in my mouth so I soldiered ahead on my own. Luckily it all worked out.Final result? A great value, refurbed PCs are nothing to be afraid of. You can save a bunch of money and as long as you get an SSD there aren't many moving parts to wear out. If it turns on right out of the box it will probably last a long time. Most users themselves are more of a danger to the PC than the other way around. It's been over a month and it runs like a top.

The seller is amazing good support and computer is fast and awesome.
Bought for home desktop came as described except had 2 DisplayPort hook ups for video and 1 VGA. No HDMI. Computer is Windows 10 cannot upgrade to Windows 11 via Windows Update but you can do a new install of Windows 11 but you’ll need to buy it. Runs perfectly on Windows 10 and super fast. I will buy more from this seller.Processor, RAM, and SSD all as described!
