This works very, very good. My fingernails have always been strong and healthy. Suddenly around December they started breaking. I would keep them low, but they still cracked and broke in odd places. I think it’s my auto immune disease. Anyway, I bought biotin and within two months they become healthy again. AND my eyelashes are growing thicker~ added bonus! I noticed that a few months in and was surprised!

I gave this product 5 stars because the pills are small, easy to swallow, and have no noticeable taste. While I haven't been using it long enough to see significant changes in my hair health, the ease of use is a definite plus.

It added strength to my hair and it grew well. I don’t know if it’s true but I read that biotin is water soluble and what the body doesn’t need will be disposed of. I haven’t bought this extreme dosage since…my choice. I haven’t noticed a difference in my hair taking 5000mcg.I suppose if your doctor prescribes 10,000mcg Biotin it is good, but I didn’t have a prescription.

No complaints. Honestly I don't have any other particular brand to compare it to. Seemed helpful!

I take Biotin religiously no lies. My hair grows really slow and without this it hardly grows at all. I can't say it made my hair thicker or healthier but it sures make it grow fast. Now thank goodness it did not make my leg hair grow which isa positive cause that wouldn't be cute, so no worries about that people. If you like hairy legs then forget I mentioned it. I like that these are small capsules and easy to take. I had the tablets before and they just seemed to stick in your throat.

Ok, well if you are having hair loss and more just falls out with every shampoo.....you NEED this. My hair is no longer falling out, my nails are like claws and strong. Never had good nails before, always paper thin. This stuff is fire and I won't go without.

My nails had gotten very brittle and splitting. So bought this. My nails are getting so much stronger. Maybe accidental but I don’t think so. I highly recommend for nails.

The biotin is as described by the seller. The amount is a value and cheaper than in the pharmacy and easy to take. I will purchase again.
