This item DOES NOT properly fit into the diaper genie. Even though it has a guarantee to be compatible. If by 'compatible' they mean: 'Almost fits, but not without struggling and even then only fits uncomfortably so that you have to jam the top lid closed.' then this does exactly that. Unfortunately I opened the package and threw away the packaging prior to testing it out. Misleading claims on product description.

Much better deal than the official DG brand, in my opinion. Sure, the quality is slightly lesser, but they're strong enough to hold quite a few heinous diapers. This box lasted me 6 months with 2 babies, and I'm very impressed with this brand! No more name brand for me. I had zero issues with odors. I purchased mine at Babies R Us, but the price on Amazon is just as good.

The rings are too loose so too much bag releases when you push each diaper down. Also, the bags are not the same quality as the diaper genie brand. My daughter's room smelled like raw sewage. I bought 8 rings and gave away 7.
