I am in love with my baking pans! They came with no dents and stickers weren’t bad to take off so I have no idea what the fuss is all about. Just apply some warm water and a lil soap and that’s all you are good to go. They bake even and I have not needed a core yet but probably will need for the bigger sizes. I had ordered the wilton ones but had to return them and replace them with these ones because they came in all dented.

I purchased these pans last year to bake my christmas cakes in starting from this year. Well this week i started baking and was so very happy with the results. I purchased the 4" deep pans, and found that the height of the pans played a major role in the desired successful end result in how I wanted the cakes to come out. Using 4" deep pans allowed me to be able to choose to bake cakes that would vary in height up to 4" - a choice i wanted to be able to have. In the past using less deep pans often resulted in the cakes rising to the top and bubbling over causing a smoky and messy oven. These pans allowed enough space for the cakes to rise without the mess. I must say also that the cakes were very evenly baked with absolutely no burnt edges. The pans are very durable and cleanup were so easy. Just a quick brush and wash and they looked like new again. I so love these pans that I am placing an order for more of them today. I Highly recommend the Fat Daddios baking pans.

These are my favorite cake pans ever; they provide an even cook, they’re easy to use, and they’re high quality. Every year, I bake a fancy cake for my nephew’s birthday and in the past two years, I’ve fallen in love with these cake pans. They’re so much better than anything Wilton puts out, and I find that they’re easy to use when turning the cakes out and for cleaning up afterwards too. They’re also cheaper than I’d expect them to be which is always a plus in the cake making world since I tend to spend a ton of money on other supplies. I highly recommend these!
