I have a friend who cannot take pills who was also having issues with her nails being unhealthy...thin and brittle. For Christmas I created a "nail health" gift basket. This was one of the items I put in there as a start for her to try to better her nail health. She said they taste great and we're really easy to take every AM. She bought more when she ran out! I think this is the sixth time I've purchased this product and I can recommend it enough.My hair was very dry and since I've been taking these pills, my hair looks more hydrated.The taste of the gummies is a bit addictive for me, I try to take only 2 a day.The quantity is adequate, they are of good quality.

I’ve been using this product for probably 12 years now & it amazes me how fast my hair & nails grow! My hairstylist recommended it to me and she didn’t let me down! Keep in mind, the results are not overnight. I’d say give it a good three months and then you will start seeing results. What I did the first three months without taking these Gummies, I measured how fast my hair was growing and then I continued to measure once I started the gummy’s on the fourth fifth and six month.
