Turns out they're a little too small I ordered the biggest ones you had at the time.

That's not 25/pack
We ordered 4 packets, should have received 100 envelopes. Each packet had much less - it averaged to 18. No packet had more than 20 in it; 72 total out of the 100 came.The size was correct, though. But where are my 28 other envelopes???
