does body boss have an app? whats the name of the app

I haven't found an app but there are videos online to show you a few exercises. I was so excited to buy it and I used it then first week. Fyi, if you are lightweight you should find a way to keep the base down. I doubt use this anymore.

Has anyone struggled with maintaining proper form while using the body boss?

I’ve worked with people who have a hard time with form and a lot of that seems to be the nature of resistance band training- you engage more of the stabilizing muscles while doing each movement. Some exercises I have modified to be done closer to the board (curls seated on a stool instead of standing) to decrease some of the resistance and increase focus on form.

we have not officially announced this as we are still testing, but we re designed our centralized website to get workout videos it's called www.ClubBodyBoss.com the goal is to design it like a virtual gym for our bodyboss 2.0 so that depending on how you want to reach your goals we have the appropriate resources to get you there. It looks really nice to us, we are continuing to release updates every week.

Here is what is on there now: 
Getting Started Section (take a tour, learn how to set up your bodyboss 2.0) 
Workout Library (sections to choose what category of workouts you want, how long your workouts to be, etc) <- exercises as well
Profile (if you enter your number you can receive texts for workouts to be brought to you and even classes eventually, soon to be goals / targets for tracking) 
Live Workout Classes <- we have brought & hired trainers on staff to help you all reach your goals and we have free scheduled live workouts going on right now for you (you can get to know us and type in group chat for questions coming May 21st week) 
Workout Programs - this is going to be tied into the classes so for instance you can make sure that if you want to schedule and follow a workout class you can for instance Tuesdays & Thursdays at 7:00
Private Bookings - if you want to connect with one of our personal trainers you can so if they are available you can book it

Right now we are running lots of free classes. We want to make sure we can make the website better and better and then release an app along with our bluetooth enabled workout tracking but right now, instead of having the trainers charge our users per class we decided to give unlimited class access to those who want to on 5/month, but we felt like that was fair but remember there are free classes right now anyways and you have all the workout videos and we want to start emailing you your workout programs anyways.
