Yummmmmm. It brings the heat. We used to go to Hatch every September to pick up Chile’s but our family moved away so we don’t get out there anymore. Tastes like home.

Roasted green chile is one of my absolute favorite flavors. I’m always trying new hot sauces and salsas whenever I can, and I have a ton of different favorites. This is so good.The heat level is dangerous, but only because it’s not hot enough that it’ll force you to take a break to stop eating.Of course, heat is subjective, but for me this is a nice amount of heat that you can feel. It’s not like most other salsas labeled “hot” that are literally mild, but it’s not like the few try hard salsas where you’re dipping your food in battery acid.I live in Arizona, and I hope I can find this locally so I don’t have to go bankrupt from buying jars of gods delicious green Chile nectar from Amazon.

Could not find green chiles where we live especially in any quantity, usually just some small little tin. But after living in New Mexico for years we missed them! This was a great find. Add to potato soup, chili, eggs, pork stew and yum! Maybe a little expensive but a great treat for us! Hatch is the best green chile you can buy period!
