Royale - Where have you been all my Life?!?!?!
I'm a longtime but cheap, er, inexpensive watch collector, and somehow have never owned a Casio 😯 I discovered Casio while watching vintage collector videos on YouTube. It was rather stunning how high end collectors talked with reverence about certain Casios - most notably G-Shocks and this Royale. Not looking a gift horse in the mouth, I tried this Royale, and even spent an extra two bucks on the silver bodied one - Big Spender!Let's just say I have been blown away by the Royale, here are a few observations:- incredibly good looking watch! Yeah, I know it's painted plastic, but no one knows from more than a few feet away... And the shape, combined with the silver and black looks positively terrific. Also literally the perfect size for me.- insanely light for the size. I swear I have forgotten I have this on my wrist, so much so that I must be more careful, I already scratched the crystal working on my bikes!- Surprisingly large time face. I was not expecting how large, high contrast and legible the actual time, super bright from almost any angle, which is, of course, THE most important aspect of wearing a wrist watch!- surprisingly comfortable wrist band.- looks like a BOSS Secret Agent watch! I feel like a SHIELD agent wearing this, Coulsen should definitely wear one...- 10 Year battery. 100m/ 660 ft water resistant (in case my submarine goes down). World time (two times at the same time, even!). Are you kidding me?!?- insanely low price. I kind of feel like I stole it, even though I know I didn't.Nits: Orange light. Works but feels dorky. Lots of words on the face. That's about it.Highest recommendation - BUY IT!!!

Smart But Not Too Smart
I wanted something that looks a little flashy while also being digital, but so smart that I need to pair it to my phone and all that mumbo jumbo.Coming from those Samsung watches, I get tired of the apps, the bloat, and the nagging updates. They could be used as a standalone but they don't make it easy. And having the battery be low halfway through the day because you forgot to check the battery life gets old after a while. I don't care for the fitness trackers, barometers, or how it can keep track of how many glasses of water I drank. This Casio is a perfect blend of smart and simplicity. The band feels really nice but the watch itself feels like plastic. Adjusting the band was a breeze, I really like their locking mechanism, all you need is a pick or a really small flat head. All I want is to tell the time quickly, to have the date readily available, and to be able to do it day or night. Maybe some fancy features like a timer, alarm, and so on. This watch delivers on all those front, while never needing a recharge or to be synced. For the price of this watch, I am shocked at the value you are getting. From looks to function, there is nothing to complain about! I've had a Casio when I was a kid, so I already have an idea of how to go through the settings. If this is your first one, it might be confusing.

Reliable and practical watch
I got the Casio AE1200 because I wanted something practical and affordable to wear daily. The watch has been really good so far - it keeps accurate time and the digital display is easy to read. It has some nice extra features too, like world time, an alarm, a timer, and a stopwatch, which I've found pretty useful. The build quality is solid enough. It's lightweight and comfortable on the wrist. The strap isn't fancy, but it's sturdy and hasn't caused me any issues yet. Also, the battery life is great—Casio says it lasts up to 10 years.Overall, if you need a basic watch that's reliable, easy to use, and doesn't cost a lot, the AE1200 is definitely a good choice. It does exactly what it's supposed to without any problems.

Essential for WFH IT & Global Teams
I've been using this Casio watch (AE-1200WHD-7AVCF) for about three months. As an IT worker, often working from home and coordinating with colleagues across different time zones, this watch is incredibly helpful. The world time feature is the main reason I got it. It's fantastic for quickly referencing global times before scheduling calls or sending messages, making remote coordination much smoother.Beyond its practical use for my job, it's simply a reliable, classic Casio with that cool retro style. An excellent and affordable tool, especially useful for anyone regularly dealing with multiple time zones, whether working from home or in an office.

Ok watch works as expected
It's ok about what you would expect from a casio. It's an all plastic case with a plastic crystal. It has the expected functions and works as expected. It's it great high quality watch absolutely not but it does the job. I added a metal band and a screen filter to give it a nicer look.
