I've used many pillows, in all kinds of materials at many different price points. This one is pretty great. It does keep cool, which I don't really understand what type of sorcery is used. I have the body pillow and I kinda wish it was to longer or c shaped so I can sleep in a little cool cozy nest. Maybe I'll buy a second and sew them together. 🤓

These are perfect for me and my husband. We both suffer from neck problems and these pillows help us both a lot. I love the cool side of the pillow also, I was surprised that it really stays cool all night. I will definitely buy again.

This pillow gets impressively cold at first touch but like most cooling pillows, that chill diminishes once you rest your head. Still, it stays noticeably cooler than a normal pillow, and that’s a win. I love that it’s a great size for all sleep positions, and being able to remove foam to customize the loft is a game‑changer. Considering the adjustability and cooling performance, it’s an excellent pillow at a strong price.

I was torn over this based on prior reviews but decided to purchase. There were mixed comments about pillow inflating, but I felt confident since two pillows were included as I could take the stuffing from one and add to the other if needed to at least get one good pillow. I left pillows out for the recommended 72 hours, and they did not "inflate" any more than they did in the original couple of hours after opening. I did need to take stuffing from one to add to the other to get pillow to adequate fill level to support a side sleeper. Biggest thing I was hoping for from a construction design was a cooling effect, which quite honestly is not there. As others have mentioned, initial touch to pillow is cool, but that fades in seconds when using. I added a silk pillow case to help with "cooling". Overall, this is a pillow, and I would have given less stars especially for a pillow targeted to "side sleepers" had there not been two in the set I could combine to get one decent pillow. If you are a side sleeper looking for TWO pillows, this is not your set. Also, if you are looking for "cooling", this is also likely not your set. The pillow is not uncomfortable, after I manipulated to get to my desired thickness, it just is not as described in being a cooling two pillow set for side sleepers.

I've bought these twice now. The first time was for myself a year ago and after a year I bought them again for my guest bedroom. My guests and I love these pillows. They are firm, which I love, but they do have some give. I prefer supportive beds and pillows so if you want something really soft and fluffy this might not be for you. It hasn't lost it's shape in the year that I've owned it. I'm very happy with this purchase.

So, I’m not sure why others liked these pillows. I received mine and immediately had some questions. There were no real instructions with them but there was a slip of paper that highly encouraged me to email the company…so I did. It’s been more than a week. Nearly ten days with no response (and I’ve checked my spam folder). Maybe they thought I was joking. I don’t know. Here is a copy of my email, it sums up my thoughts pretty well. Since I haven’t heard back, I will be returning these pillows. 0/10 do not recommend the pillows or the company. Hello,Am I just too old and too stupid to understand pillows? I just opened this box of pillows and I’m not sure why the reviews are good. I look at the picture on the side, and even if I combine all the stuffing from both pillows, I won’t have a pillow that large. It tells me I can add or remove stuffing but the only option is to remove stuffing (unless I borrow from another pillow) and then I might as well just not use a pillow at all. If I do use the stuffing from the other pillow, I really haven’t purchased two pillows at all; I’m not entirely sure I even purchased one entire pillow if I combine them. That being said, is the foam supposed to have rough edges? Am I supposed to be poked in the face when I lay down on it? I looked for any sort of instructions in the box or a link to a video telling me if I needed to leave these out for a day or fluff them in the dryer or take a belt sander to the stuffing in order to smooth down the edges and there wasn’t anything. The reason I’m contacting you instead of just returning them is your pillows did have good reviews on Amazon and so I’m hoping this was just a bad a batch. Maybe? There was no included extra foam to stuff with. And I had no trouble sliding the pillow back into the condom like wrapper which one would think would be difficult. It wasn’t even a challenge. What do you recommend I do at this point? Should I just send them back to Amazon and ask for an exchange or is this just what the product is and I should return it? Truthfully, I’m not sure how a pillow this heavy is actually going to be cooling. It doesn’t feel soft at all. First impressions are lumpy couch cushions like when I was in college and bought a used couch and couldn’t afford nice things. Please help!
