Fish Mate 5 Watt UV Lamp

The main advantage here is that this is probably 40-50% cheaper on Amazon than it is at our local pond supply store. As far as I can tell, they aren't available at the big box home improvement stores, so this is the best place to get this if you need one and can wait a couple of days for deliver. Quality is great and it keeps the pond clear!

It works. Wish it had a better way to ensure the light was on. My husband has to goes out in the dark to check.

Just the light I needed for my Fish Mate Filter. The pond cleared in a few days. I ordered 2 and they arrived in good time and work perfectly.

This product definitely fits the Fishmate pressurized filter. I have the one with Powerclenz and it is an awesome filter. My original bulb lasted over three years and then it blew out. This fit perfectly and is performing exactly as designed!

Received the unit on time but the UV lamp was defective upon arrival. Mfgr replaced bulb at NC but the unit just can't seem to keep up with the algae. I have to use chemicals in addition to unit which defeats the purpose. Unit might be OK for a small aquarium but not a pond!
