Not happy
Waste of money. The substance was unusable due to its consistency. Couldn't get it out of bottle...too thick

The only descaler i now use and it is awesome!

Gel stays where you put it
Works well. Due to it being a gel it stays where you put it, so much better than liquid descaler.
