Black Hole - 4 Sided Archery Target - Stops ALL Fieldtips and Broadheads

centerpoint sniper 370 fps blows right through this with field points @ 30 yards. bolt eventually stopped 18" through fence behind it. only thing that survived the impact was the rear nock :(

This is my second black hole and to be honest for the money I have a problem. Although it will perform well when it first is put into service (stops arrows well, arrows are easy to pull from target, is large enough to shoot at distance, can be moved around to hit on all sides except top and bottom), it seems to fail quickly. I shoot a 40 lb recurve bow at 30 meters with combo tips no broad heads nothing strange at all and the target seems to deteriorate very fast. I don't know is it isn't compressed tight enough or if it is the fill. My replacement target is already showing signs of deterioration and it hasn't been two weeks since I started to use it. I love the ease of the pull, but don't want to replace the target every 90 days.

When I first pulled this out, I thought it was too light to be worth anything. But I put a few shots from my 150lb crossbow in it from under 10 ft, just to test it, it held up. The holes close up nicely. The reason I did t give it 5 stars, is because if you shoot up the sides of this, as it sais you can, you will eventually tear the wrap off of it. It's basically stacks of sheets of styrofoam tightly stacked and wrapped. But just stay to the black sides, and your fine.

According to this products description and what is printed on the product (Stops all field tips) is False. Put three arrows with “field tips” straight through it.... Not only did I waste my money on this product, I ruined three very expensive arrows. Now with that being said if you have a toy bow with arrows that have suction cups on them then this would make a great field target! But beware I would make sure it’s at least 50 yards away.

I have been doing archery for 5 years with a compound and recurve bow. I bought this target for my 6 year old son to practice in our back yard. I bought the smallest one that this vender sold, it has taken a beating and is still working great for 4 months. I love the handles on the top and you can rotate the target for more a challenge with its side targets. I would defiantly buy this item again and but a larger target for myself.

the latest model has been changed, and is now a faded white target on a dark background, and only on one side (the other side is blank)works best for use with youth bows (under 40lbs)

Having just taken up archery this is my first archery target. To elevate it I place it on an old chair in front of a plywood backstop. Works like a charm both when I hit and (occasionally) miss the target. Arrows with field tips pull easily. I have not yet tried broad heads. It is light enough to carry in one hand with the carrying strap but heavy enough to remain in place on the chair when struck repeatedly (the chair back helps). After shooting about 1000 arrows into it it has met my performance expectations.

I use this all the time in the backyard, in the woods, at a camp. It's lightweight, easy to haul around, and works great. Put probably 200 arrows into and only had 1 issue when an arrow buried all the way to the knock. Thought that might be the end of trusting this to stop arrows but it seems to have been a 1 off thing, haven't had anything like that happen since. Most arrows are shot at 20yds and it stops them fine after all the use.

Picked up the 22inch. Great target. Been shooting at it for the past few weeks with dozens and dozens of arrows with a recurve, 40ish lbs draw at roughly 10meters. Arrows stop very well, haven't had any poke out behind it.It's light and easy to move around.I don't think I would go smaller than the 22inch, even at this close of range it's just nice to have more surface area so that oops-shoots get caught too, but I'm sure the 18inch is great target as well if you don't need or want a larger target.I definitely prefer this target over paper, cardboard, wood, or hay bales.This will also be easy to ratchet strap down to some saw-horses with some 2x4's screwed in them as a base for the target, if you want to raise this up without permanently affixing it to a stand for example.I'd easily buy another if it gets stolen or wears out.

Good quality target, haven’t had any issues with it falling over and I have the 18 inch target. It is not as dense as I’d hoped however, my bow is 60lb draw and half of the arrow sticks out of the back. Would recommend for a 40-50lb shooter.

Great item. Works as advertised. Lightweight, so very portable. Only one note that is not mentioned in product info, fixed blade broadsheets can be pulled back out but folding mechanicals need to be pushed through. Minimal effect on cutting edges as well, so broadheads can be used to hunt even after tuning.

Maybe got a "bad target" but the foam (black and white side) couldn't handle my 52lb bow at 10-30 metres. After a couple of weeks of frequent usage, two close arrows would result in an arrow going clean through the target. As a result you need to turn the target so you're shooting it's side, effectively making your target 11" x 20". A lot of my arrows either went through the foam side or went a little too far off the sides, I'm spending a lot of time right now looking for arrows in the field behind my target.Going to see if I can return it, if successful it's worth three stars.

Way cool! Different densities for different points. Took about 4 weeks. $50 cheaper than local outfitter. Once bolts are removed, it leaves a very small penetration 'foot-print'. Very light.

Item was as expected and up to now have been perfect. And it came in 3 days later. I am very happy with the product.

Decent target for the price. Nothing spectacular but it works and was cheaper and a bit smaller than some of the other targets I looked at. Fits nicely in my car. Worth the money.

Great target. Does exactly what it’s supposed to. The only think that I dislike about it is the material they use to wrap the outside seems highly prone to arrows glancing off it. I also recommend positioning it upside down with the fabric handle facing the ground. I shot mine off :(

I'm in love with this!!! The foam is made up of tight layers. I'll buy again, but I don't see me needing to for a long time. Very satisfied/Very Happy :)

Good quality, been using for 4 mths now, still excepting arrows same as new. Using in basement 10m range with compound as well. Holding up to multiple daily use.

It's ok for the money or for a kid or something. 60lb draw at 30 - 40 yards and it's blowing through the back. At 20 yards 3/4 of the arrow is buried and sticking out the back. If I put broadheads through it it would be destroyed in no time.
