An iron with no temperature dials was strange. The ability to automatically change the temp based on what material was used seemed like a gimmick. But it's not a gimmick. It actually works ans have had no issues with fabric getting damage. It produces a lot of steam which I love, you just need to put more water in but its not a hassle. Also no issues of water dripping over the clothes. I love it

Love this irom, had a problem starting with it, but once i figured it out, it has worked perfectly. To began, you have to turn up to maximum and wait...it will start. I read that in the manual. It is the perfect steamer, love this iron, had an Ironing project, it worked very well.

Love this iron, except for one very annoying thing.. the orange color on the sides makes it super difficult to see how much water is going in. That’s the only bad thing about it. Nonetheless, it’s a big issue for me. I’m probably going to replace it at some point. For that reason only, I would not recommend.

Good while it last. I ordered this item exactly one year ago today. When I attempted to use the iron this morning it no longer worked. I got this exactly 365 days of use out of this.

I do a lot of ironing because I make quilts, home dec pieces, and I iron most of my clothing. The last iron I bought was about the same price as this one and lasted less than 3 years. I'm hoping this will be better. The good: the iron gets really hot, pretty fast. Smooth soleplate. The shape makes it easy to get into corners. It takes regular tap water. The iron sputters a little, but it's not enough to bother me yet.The bad: Why oh why do iron manufacturers make the water window virtually impossible to see through? I have to use a flashlight to try to see if I need to add water. Sometimes I can move the iron and see the water moving, but I would rather have and easy to see through clear window than the fancy orange window they've put on this iron. I'd decuct 1 1/2 stars for this if I could.It remains to be seen if the water window will eventually be annoying enough to compel me to just replace the iron.
