This band is perfect and exactly what I needed. I have a tendonitis in my thigh and hip joint. This band applies the exact pressure needed on my quad to prevent it from pulling on the tendon so it can heal. I highly recommend this band. It would also work on other tendon issues such as your forearm or knee.

I really like this band! It stays where I put it, it’s comfortable enough that I sometimes forget I’m wearing it, and it really helps my body move better when I exercise! My IT band has been mad ever since a recent surgery, and this is such a huge help.I did have to trim the velcro straps somewhat, as the size was not well suited to the shape of the band and the tiny hooks that comprise the fastener tugged at my leg hair and scraped up my skin before I ever went for my first walk wearing it. The band would be quite a bit better if this was adjusted at the manufacturing level. I cut away probably 5 millimeters in width from each of the two velcro fasteners—I imagine the manufacturer could save a bit of money if these were cut thinner and more precisely from the outset, and it would mean a better, more comfortable product for customers. All in all, I’m pleased with it, though! I just wish I hadn’t had to tailor it straight out of the box in order to use it comfortably.

Great product. I've tried a number of knee braces and haven't had luck supporting the pain in my IT bands. Hugs my knee comfortably, not overly tight, but gives great support. I'm a half marathon running and really like this product. Also washes well in machine and air dries quickly.

the device is pretty straight forward, a belt. Problem is, the velcro portion that the tines are to adhere to, is narrower than the head of the grabbing portion. The head is a slight arrow shape, and while the pointed end meets the velcro nicely, the wider part of the head is wider than the velcro, leaving a full row of tines on each side that do not hit the velcro, but press into your skin. get yourself some felt and place it under the belt or you will end up with red welts on your leg where the tines are pressing that miss the velcro.

Stays in place. Very comfortable. Cleans up nice

The strap isn’t wide enough when stretched out. The velcro rubs against your leg on the sides. Very painful. The “2 strap design” is not well done. The straps cannot overlap, otherwise the band will come flying off.

Fits good and you can put where the pain is and it helps

I just barely received this but I'm overjoyed at the design and quality. Compression bands have helped me with nerve healing in the past so I know how effective they can be. Things I like about this band are the double side tightening straps. Never had that before and it makes it even easier. I also like that there's a pretty firm pressure point pad. It's helping already. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because my most effective therapy band had an even more firm pad. Almost like tire rubber. But having purchased many over the years, this is by far the best I've used from a retail provider. Well done and Thank you.
