There are good videos on youtube about how to collapse it. Collapses like a charm. Haven't used it in real life camping but stepped in it in my living room and seemed satisfactory. Now I am less afraid of camping in places with no showers.

received it yesterday with a broken zipper.
the small back window had a zipper that was not completely sewn to the material, of course when I unzipped it, it came completely off the zipper. I bought it to use inside my tent, so I will not go through the hassle of shipping it back. DISSAPOINTED !
