Exactly what I hoped for
After spending a week in New Mexico for the Gathering Of Nations, I was absolutely craving some amazing chili sauce. This is absolutely perfect, just what I've been craving!

"Just like home" chile!
Anyone that grew up in NM grew up eating chile. Red, Green & Christmas!. So when you leave NM its the one thing you're asking your fam to send you. SAME HERE! Well It's not chile roasting season so I'm having to order online and hope for the best.. So I crossed my fingers and ordered this duo. It is FANTASTIC! Very traditional/ hot NM chile. Reminds me of The Shed chile (if you've been to Santa Fe). I've used it for Enchiladas, Posole, Frito Pies, with very little spices and salt needed/added. It's really ready to go! I'm sooo glad I can now enjoy my NM chile in my new New England home!! Deff Recommend!!

These were good but they definitely were not hot.
