best for glutaeus medius
I bought this for my wife. She has never exercised properly in her life, and most of her muscles are weakened. I've been her trainer for the last five years since I married her. Fortunately, she followed my training well and now in her mid-40s, she can have a 24-inch waist. But she had a serious trendenlenburg gait and could not strengthen her glutaeus medius just by doing squats. So I decided to buy a loop band for her and after a long time searching for Amazon, I decided this product. This product has three main advantages compared to other products. The first is that one product contains three levels of loop band. Squat, deadlift and donkey kick each need a different loop band of resistance. This one can use all the exercises that require different resistance. The second is material. Rubber products are easily damaged. Because rubber is easily affected by temperature and humidity. Rubber can also hurt your skin. This product is made of soft material to protect skin. The last third reason is mesh pouch. Sweat-wet exercise tools must be kept dry. Mesh pouch makes it easy. You just put the band in the pouch. I made my wife use this when she was doing squats, deadlift and side steps. She said she felt muscle pain in glutaeus medius for the first time in her life. Break them in first
Love them. Fabric ones are way better than the rubber ones These do not slide up and down when you move.Love to use them for squatting and hip thrusts.You do need to break them in a little at first. Super strong/ not much give at first.

I wouldn’t buy again
These are not very strong, they need a lot more resistance. It’s way more worth the extra $10 to buy a flute loop from Bret Contreras.

Nice rubbery fabric
My wife uses these a lot. She has been highly impressed by them. They stick to your legs pretty well but also keep their shape - so they dont "wrinkle" up and pinch your skin.All in all, we couldnt be happier with them.
