I am writing this review due to the fact that I am having a hard time accessing the MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY of one-year. I have reached out to DB Electrical and they have expressed that they have a contract with Amazon since they sell and ship the product, as well as, cover and honors the one-year manufacturer warranty. I have requested for Amazon customer service to verify if such a contract exists but Amazon customer service only rely on what "the system generated" for them. They do not have the ability to expedite/send a ticket to either verify or ask for clarification. Hopefully Amazon will verify something because perhaps the "system" is not updated.
