Bed arrived early than expected which was good, everything was very well protected ...now the mattress was described as medium firm? No its isn't its definitely FIRM!Update 28-7 -2019What we thought was a good bed it's not! Headboard keeps slipping down because they used cheap plastic washers and the wood on the headboard has split! So its useless and the mattress has sagged already!! and not because we are heavy I'm 5ft and weight just 9st and husband weighs under 12st.....I guess you get what you pay for....I do not recommend this bed...save your money and buy a decent bed!Update 1-8-2019Well we had to rid of divan bed base my husband when he to take it apart he found the base was just made thick cardboard! and wood and about a million of staples!

This bed is so damn comfy. It’s made really well and has big deep draws. The mattress itself is just perfect and so comfortable. I highly recommend this bed!

Ordered this bed as very cheap and looked great. The deliver team worked with me in regards to the days I could only get the bed on. They delivered it on a date that I was home all day and the lovely delivery guy helped me take it to my 5th floor flat. They kept me updated all day in regards to how long they will be. I’d say excellent service provided. The bed is super comfy had the best night sleep I’ve had in months! Would 100% recommend.

Excellent comfortable mattress and strudy base, for a brilliant price. Definitely recommend.

Bed came packaged well however under the cardboard the suede base had a rip/tear in the fabric. Already removed old bed so could not return. Very disappointed as must have been noticeable when packaging up.
