I bought this as a gift for a friend with very bad Parkinson’s. An ingenious device that is worth every penny. Beautifully presented in every way, from the carrycase / charger to the interchangeable heads. For what can be an embarrassing condition you wonder if such a thing should be given as a gift, but when I opened it up ,& saw it and what it does, coupled with its sleek design I couldn’t wait to give it!He’s now eating soups , ceareals & custard again trouble free.If you know somebody who would benefit from this just buy it, you won’t be sorry, it’s a game changer!

The spoon is too small a spoon to be a soup spoon and too large to be a coffee spoon. My father who I bought the Gyenno set for does not seem to find them helpful at all.

The spoon is too shallow to hold any food while hand is shaking. Not suitable for soup at all! It was very frustrating to try to return the item because the phone number they provided would never answer. I ended up paying a bit over $100.00 for re-stocking charges + shipping the package.

Bought this for my Dad who has familiar tremors. His hand arm shake so badly that he could hardly eat anything without wearing most of it unless it was finger food. This spoon is AWESOME!!!! He LOVES it and says it is worth every penny I paid for it. He can eat anything now from soups to cereal without spilling a drop. He did say that he did not like the fork as the tines were too fat, so he doesn't use it. He says if he can stab it with a fork he can eat it without this adaptive unit. He does wish that the price would be lower so that some of his friends on fixed incomes from retirees to Veterans, who suffer from the "shakes" as he call it, would be able to afford it as well. It would be nice if it came with a small travel pouch for when he takes it to restaurants with him. We solved this by using a soft sunglasses pouch. Greatly improved my Dad's quality of life.

Habe diesen Löffel für eine ältere Person bestellt in der Hoffnung daß man mit dem Löffel auch wirklich bei starkem Zittern essen kann.Zuerst zu dem ersten Eindruck.Die Verpackung ist sehr Hochwertig gewählt und auch die Aufmachung muss ich ehrlich zugeben hat mich anfangs überzeugt.Leider ist die Funktion nur bedingt gegeben.Der Löffel ist nur etwas größer als ein Kaffeelöffel, also für Suppen absolut nicht wirklich brauchbar.Das würde bei einem Teller Suppe Stunden dauern.Wäre der Löffel Groß genug gäbe ich eine klare Kaufempfehlung da das Prinzip mit dem ausgleichen funktioniert.Aber so geht er leider zurück.

Je recommande vivement pour quelqu'un souffrant de tremblements légers,la cuillère est plus facile a utiliser,elle aide pour manger dans une assiette ou un bol;pour la fourchette il faut être patient,apprendre a la contrôler de la main gauche pour manger de la viande,est plus ardu
