Worked perfectly with my oura ring gen 3!

I bought these after having purchased the clear spiral tubes that wrap around the ring. I found the tubes to be too bulky and distracting. You don't notice these are on the ring. These are tricky to install because they stick to your fingers as you're trying to place them. I found that toothpick work well. Stick one toothpick on each side and curl the product inside the ring. Smooth from the middle out. I work in a restaurant where I have to wash my hands frequently. The stickers will lose their stick after about a month for me. A normal user would probably get 3-6 months on one stick--longer if you take the ring off when washing hands.

These work really well, but start peeling off once exposed to water. That being said, I like them more than some of the alternative ring fillers out there. They are very comfortable and work with a lot of different kinds of rings. Good value for money.

Didn't come with any instructions or anything at all. Just squishy little sticker strips. I got the gist but they're not SUPER sticky, and the come off completely when wet. But they sent a lot of them, so I've just been replacing them as they fall off. Not the best "in a pinch" buy but they'll have to do.

Doesn't stick to tiny women's rings. I wear a size 4.5 but a 5 is too big and I used the tiniest strip and doesn't stick to my ring. Works amazing for mens big rings.

I work in a kitchen and have a rather unconventional engagement set that's slightly too big and likes to twist around all day long. Super annoying when you're constantly washing your hands and putting gloves on and off. I didn't want to permanently alter my rings, so I did a quick look up on Amazon like a Google search and found these! PERFECT for what I needed them for because not only do they make my rings about a 1/4-1/2 size smaller, but they also adhere the two together. They ARE easily removable (but you have to like, intentionally remove them), don't damage the metal surface, and seem to be holding up well for a piece of adhesive foam (I think I'm on day...5?). Keep in mind that I never remove my rings, and I cleaned them thoroughly with a silver cleaning cloth beforehand (which I needed to do anyway). Even if I have to replace it every week or two it's still totally worth it, and you get a BUTTLOAD of them. It was a little tricky to get on just right, but I found that if you pinch the sides up evenly and place the strip in the CENTER then move to the sides it saves your sanity a little. Overall super happy with this random Amazon purchase. The pictures are to show that you can't even tell that it's there, which is also nice.

I'd lost some weight and was afraid of my ring coming off as I'm washing my hands or doing the dishes. I'd tried the kind of "wrap a plastic coil around the band" solution, but it pressed painfully into my fingers when I lifted weights, and it would get caught on my hair whenever I touched my head. Not to mention it sort of "unwinding" by one or two coils whenever it wanted.So I tried this adhesive solution and I've completely forgotten that it's even there. I was worried that it might fall off or wear off, or the adhesive might smear around, but that hasn't happened yet. And if it ever does, I've still got the entire rest of the sheet to start fresh all over again. This is exactly what I was looking for and I'm grateful to get this off of my mind and not have to worry about losing my ring.
